Cheri did a very amazing job getting us our first home and closing in about a month! Showed us multiple properties that were in line with what we wanted. She was very honest about the possible shortcomings of the properties that we liked and because of her expertise she was able to point out things that we would not have noticed ourselves especially for first time homebuyers. When it was time for negotiations, we definitely felt and saw that she was definitely on our side. Was very responsive even during weekends and holidays— she worked well with our lender she even had us do a conference cal so we can all make an informed decision. And did I mention her plethora of contractors for different fields in her contacts!!!

Cheri was extremely knowledgeable on most, if not all, aspects of the buying process. When we were looking at homes, she pointed out a lot of things that we had not thought of but needed to know. During the actual buying process, she made sure that we got a fair deal and was on top of communication with us and the seller/seller's agent. At the very least, you can always expect to learn something when working with Cheri.

Cheri is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, proactive and readily available for any questions we have, A good example is that, she was not relying on a termite inspection by the seller and had her own inspector come out and redo the inspection, and sure enough it was not the same as the previous inspection. That’s what i call looking after the interest of the client. We would choose her for our next real estate needs.

As first time home-buyers, we were completely new to this process and Cheri was patient with us from beginning to end. With each decision point, she provided guidance and answered questions and then supported whatever direction we wanted to go in. Her network of connections to other services (lender, real estate lawyer, various inspections, etc) made the process go much more smoothly, which was especially important in this market with quick turnaround times. We especially appreciated her responsiveness and flexibility with timing of communications. My spouse and I are working full time with two kids, and Cheri was willing to schedule phone calls after their bedtime and around our other obligations. She even did a virtual home tour for us while we were out of town and sent us a recording of the walk through to watch at our leisure. Professional and friendly from start to finish. If there were any issues, they were solved quickly. Came in and assessed what things we should do to prepare our house †ø sell, and wha† no† †ø worry abou†. All very reasonable. House was listed quickly when we were ready. Potential buyers were asked to come at certain time so as to not make it an all day thing. When agents without appointments started coming, she quickly put a stop to that. Negotiations with the buyer who bought our home were done professionally and we were listened to. A good experience.
